Sheila is a graduate student in Nadeau lab. Genetic and pharmacological perturbation analysis of the folate and homocysteine pathways.
Simin Hu who is a Ph.D. candidate in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Departmnet working with Dr. Rao. She will be assisting Dr. Rao on his research on microarrays and is being supported through the Center this coming year.
Toshi is a graduate student in Nadeau lab. Functional annotation (structure, content and evolution) of the folate and homocysteine pathways.
Fred is a fellow working in the Witte lab on genomic epidemiology of prostate cancer.
Murat works with Dr.s Ozsoyoglu as well as Sahinalp and Nadeau on sequence proximity search and visualization of metabolic pathways.
Cheryl is a fellow working with Drs. Ozsoyoglu and Witte on genetic epidemiology and data mining.
